Therefore, oxymetholone is an efficient anabolic steroid with strong androgenic activities and very popular among athletes who seek muscle growth in a relative short period of time. THERAPEUTICAL INDICATIONS

Oxymetholone is a strong anabolic steroid used mostly by the athletes in promoting muscle mass and increasing muscle strength. It also has some clinical indications, such as treatment of osteoporosis and anemia, but because of steroid-related side effects it is not a preferred drug for the enumerated causes.

DOSES AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

Oxymetholone comes in form of tablets that makes it easy to administer. Doses are set individually considering the weight, age, expected results and existing medical conditions. Generally, there is a dose range that is indicated for the first cycle of therapy. Each user should start with a lower dose and increase it until the most suitable dose is set. The duration of the therapy depends on how the drug works, and it may take a period of 3 months until all the desired results are obtained. It is recommended to take oxymetholone with food or milk in order to not experience stomach upset. Take the doses at the same time each day in order to better remember the schedule and not miss the doses. Benefit most of the drug by taking it as indicated and following certain doses. Do not increase the doses even if you consider that the drug does not show any results; better use it in combination with another steroid.

SIDE EFFECTS

Like in case of many anabolic steroids, Oxymetholone may cause side effects.
