Goods Delivery

• Orders are delivered via Regular Airmail and do not require a signature upon arrival.
• If your goods are delayed, please open a ticket on MASSROIDS to track your order.

Delivery Times

• From the USA Domestic Warehouse: Average delivery time is 2–5 days.
• From INT Warehouse to the United States: Average delivery time is 7–14 days.
• Europe: Average delivery time is 3–10 days.
• In rare cases, packages may be delayed during shipping.
  • If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days, and you have not received a seizure letter, contact us for assistance.

Shipping Information

• Orders are shipped within 1–2 days after payment validation (excluding weekends and holidays).
• If your order requires multiple parcels, they will be shipped one per day, which may result in parcels arriving on different days.
• To protect our customers and prevent fraud, all shipments are sent via Regular Airmail only.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of payment completion.
• To cancel, open a ticket on MASSROIDS.
• If not canceled within this timeframe, the order will be processed and fulfilled as scheduled.

Payments on MASSROIDS

• We accept major credit cards for payments.
• For your security, all credit card transactions are processed on a 128-bit SSL secure server.
• MASSROIDS does not store or have access to your credit card data.

Privacy Policy

• All personal information is handled in compliance with European data protection laws.
• Customer data will not be disclosed to foreign authorities, even upon official request.

Claims and Refunds

• If you do not receive your order within 30 days and have not received a seizure letter, contact us for assistance.
• If the package is seized, we require a scanned copy of the seizure letter to proceed with reshipping.
• Faulty or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded upon return of the original goods.

International Duty Laws

• It is your responsibility to verify whether purchasing medication online is allowed under your local laws.

Countries with Restricted Shipping

We do not reship orders to the following countries:

• Australia
• Canada
• South Korea
• New Zealand
• Denmark
• Sweden

These countries have strict customs regulations, resulting in lower success rates for delivery. You may place orders at your own risk, but delivery cannot be guaranteed.
