DRUG DESCRIPTION

Transparent oily solution, from yellow to light yellow color, with characteristic smell. Parabolan is produced by Hilma Biocare. Its active ingredient is Trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate.

PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate is an injectable steroid and is the most used by athletes and bodybuilders. It's a derivative of the trenbolone hormone and it is a very strong steroid with potent androgen activity. Trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate has a long acting life but it is very efficient in rapid buildup of strength and lean muscle mass. It is considered that one may obtain "quality muscle” in a relatively short period of time. Trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate has an important advantage over popular bulking agents; it does not convert to estrogen through the aromatase enzyme. Even though estrogen-related side effects are not a concern with trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate, this feature does not make it a mild steroid like in case of others.

THERAPEUTICAL INDICATIONS

Parabolan is an anabolic steroid used to increase muscle mass and strength and enhance athletic performance.

DOSES AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

As already mentioned, Parabolan comes in form of injections. Usually, it is packaged in ampules of 1.5ml, one ampule per a box. Each ampule contains 76 mg of trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate. It is recommended to administer a dose of 228mg per week, equivalent to three ampules. It is considered the optimal dose and the most efficient one for obtaining good results in a relatively short period of time. Generally, it is recommended to administer a single ampule per application and spread evenly the total amount throughout the week. However, the administered dose and schedule depends on the user’s expected results and pre-existent medical condition.

As already mentioned, trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate is a strong anabolic steroid; therefore, it is indicated to combine the drug with other non-aromatizing steroids such as methenolone and stanozolol. It can also be used in bulking cycles and add stronger steroids such as testosterone or methandrostenolone.

SIDE EFFECTS

Parabolan may cause adverse effects. We already mentioned that it does not convert to estrogen and such adverse reactions as gynecomastia and water retention are not a concern with this drug. As with most of the steroids available, the side effects are dose dependent. Trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate is not an exception in this sense. The most common side effects with trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate are the following:

• Oily skin, acne;
• Night sweats;
• Insomnia;
• Erectile dysfunction that may be characterized by persistent and painful erections.
